Preliminary discovery consultations and high-level budgetary ranges are provided without contractual obligation. Formal 3D visualization, detailed electrical schematics, and production engineering are initiated upon confirmation of project sign-up as stipulated in our formal client agreement.
All 2D drawings, 3D renderings, customized moodboards, and architectural layout models created by Sleek Koncepts remain our proprietary intellectual property until execution contracts are fully executed. Unapproved commercial replication or dissemination of our design concepts is strictly prohibited.
Formal Bill of Quantities (BOQ) quotations remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. Timelines (typically 45 to 60 working days for turnkey interiors) commence from the date of final 3D design freeze and receipt of site readiness confirmation.
While Sleek Koncepts takes every precaution to ensure accuracy across web materials, we do not warrant that all digital representations will match identical photographic lighting conditions on-site due to variations in individual monitor color profiles and ambient natural light.
