We follow a structured 9-step methodology: from initial lifestyle consultation and laser site measurement to 2D space planning, 3D photoreal visualization, factory machine fabrication, on-site assembly, and final quality audit handover.

DESIGN & 3D VISUALIZATION
Yes. We produce high-resolution 3D perspectives showing the exact finishes, laminates, false ceiling illumination, textures, and dimensions for every room before manufacturing starts.
100%. We do not sell pre-made catalog furniture. Every module, finish, color combination, and internal drawer configuration is tailored specifically to your family's lifestyle and home architecture.
PRICING & ESTIMATES
Project pricing depends on carpet area, finish selections (acrylic vs. laminate vs. PU polish), and scope (kitchen only vs. full home turnkey). We provide a detailed, itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with transparent square footage rates following the 2D layout stage.
Zero. Our contracts feature a fixed-price commitment based on the approved 3D design and technical BOQ. Unless you request additional physical work or material upgrades, the contracted total does not fluctuate.
EXECUTION & MATERIALS
Yes. Sleek Koncepts is a turnkey design and execution studio. We manage civil alterations, false ceilings, electrical conduit relocations, painting, factory modular manufacturing, and final site assembly under a single project manager.
We use calibrated Boiling Water Proof (BWP 710) marine-grade plywood for moisture areas, high-pressure anti-scratch laminates, high-gloss acrylics, and certified German hardware (such as Blum, Hettich, or Hafele soft-close systems).
TIMELINE & HANDOVER
Standard residential apartments (2BHK / 3BHK) are completed and handed over within 45 to 60 working days following final 3D design approval. Standalone modular kitchens or wardrobes are typically installed in 25 to 30 days.
We provide comprehensive warranties on all modular woodwork against manufacturing defects, borer, and termite infestation, alongside official brand manufacturer warranties on all imported hinges and drawer slides.
